Jay Henderson, a critically acclaimed professional basketball player, who has more recently become an entrepreneur bringing that same fiery passion he has on the court to his apparel brand, ‘Flavors Only.’ Jay Henderson proved himself of being NBA quality after years of hard work and playing for St. John’s and Louisville. Continuing to workout with NBA stars Victor Oladipo, Russell Westbrook, Terry Rozier, and Cory Joseph, Jay Henderson has proven himself as a true NBA prospect.
Jay’s love for shoes and his impressive sneaker collection led him to starting a series on Instagram called Flavors. Flavors started as a fun way for Jay to showcase his collection, but gradually led to others organically joining into the daily trend. People began tagging him on Instagram in their own posts showcasing their “flavor” of the day. This consistently inspired Jay to do something more with this concept that included more than just sneakers.
Jay Henderson launched Flavors Only in 2020 with an eye-catching logo that includes the outline of a fingerprint as the letter O in the word Flavor. The fingerprint replacement highlights the importance of individuality and staying true to oneself. Fingerprints are one of the most unique aspects of life when it comes to individuality, as no two people have the same fingerprint including identical twins. Flavors Only is meant to embody and represent the culture of being free to express yourself, loving your individuality, being true to your goals, desires, dreams, and not letting others cause digression. Some of his biggest inspirations within the fashion industry are founder of KITH Streetwear brand Ronnie Fieg and Virgil Abloh founder of Off-White.

Shortly after launching last year, the brand has successfully gained support from celebrities such as Swae Lee, Lil Mosey, Rubi Rose, NickyJam, and more.
